With a background in public relations and communications, her experience in multi-national agencies, B2C and B2B companies has been invaluable to her career in international education. For over a decade, Lucy has worked with international schools and global education networks to
achieve positive results through innovative strategy, cross-functional collaboration and proactive and responsive communications. Lucy is passionate about bringing to life the undiscovered personalities and emotive stories of schools, and watching these stories, inspire teaching and learning communities.

A specialist in creative communications and design, Gianna’s ability to visually elevate a brand is her spark. Over the past 10 years, Gianna has driven and managed brand development, communications strategies, design, events, social media and alumni relations both in-house at the American School of Milan (ASM) and as an external consultant with international schools around the world. Having worked across Admissions, Marketing and Advancement, Gianna understands the vital processes and procedures required in order to develop creative content that makes schools stand out!
Fun fact: Growing up I attended international schools in 3 continents: South America (Valencia, Venezuela), USA (Atlanta, GA) and Italy (Milan)!
